Job Description

Overview

We’re hiring experienced, multi-craft maintenance technicians to join a fast-growing advanced manufacturing operation in Knoxville. This is a full-time, hands-on opportunity to help commission, maintain, and scale an exciting new production facility that sits at the intersection of imaging and high-performance plastics.

You’ll be working with a team of external integration partners to install and maintain innovative extrusion and printing equipment used to create precision plastic products for industries ranging from consumer to security applications. From startup and calibration to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance across the plant.

Ideal candidates are self-directed problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic environments, learn fast, and don’t need to be told what to do every day. This is a great opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded technicians who want to grow with a forward-thinking team and gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and global manufacturing practices.
