Senior Operations Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp and execution-driven Sr. Operations Associate who will work closely

with the Program Manager to own and deliver impact on one critical business metric

such as reducing Vehicle TAT (procurement refurb retail sale) or maximizing

margins through product differentiation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on data,

process building, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Metric Ownership

Take end-to-end ownership of a chosen metric (e.g., Vehicle TAT, Margin

Maximization).

Build processes, track performance, and course-correct to achieve targets.

Operational Excellence

Partner with refurb, pricing, supply, and retail teams to drive efficiency.

Identify bottlenecks in the TAT cycle (procurement, inspection, refurb, sales)

and fix them.

Develop frameworks to reduce delays and optimize throughput.

Margin Maximization / Product Differentiation

Work on strategies like bundling, warranties, financing options, and premium

refurb packages.

Identify and implement differentiation levers that improve ASP (average

selling price) and gross margin.

Data & Reporting

Maintain dashboards and trackers for the chosen metric.

Generate insights from data to influence decision-making.

Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on misses and build preventive actions.

Cross-Functional Execution

Act as a bridge between program management and ground operations.

Ensure smooth coordination with central teams, showrooms, and refurb

partners.

Who You Are

24 years of experience in operations, program management, consulting, or retail/e-

commerce.

Strong process orientation with an execution-first mindset.

Analytical and comfortable working with data to track KPIs.

Ability to zoom in (execution details) and zoom out (strategic levers).

Bias for action, ownership-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup

environment.
