You’ll be responsible for assisting international customers who call for information, guidance, or technical assistance.

Your daily work will include greeting customers warmly, identifying their needs quickly, and providing accurate solutions according to service procedures. You’ll also verify information, manage customer data securely, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. Strong written notes and active listening skills will be essential in maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Applicants must have a good command of English, patience, and problem-solving ability. A quiet home workspace, stable internet connection, and headset are required for voice-based support. Previous call center or help desk experience is helpful but not necessary — training is provided.
