What You'll Do
As an Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations precise and dependable. You'll:
Manage daily accounting transactions, accounts payable, and receivables with accuracy
Complete reconciliations, maintain financial statements, and process payroll
Prepare month-end dealership accounting reports on deadline
Safeguard our financial records through accurate ledger management
Partner with team members across departments to resolve discrepancies and support business decisions

Requirements
Education/Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience (automotive industry a plus). Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software (experience with dealership management systems a plus).
Detail Orientation: Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial information to both financial and non-financial team members.
Dependability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Professionalism: Ethical conduct, integrity, and a professional demeanor.
