Home/Job Postings/UC-Charleston/Cashier Current Job Opening at the University of Charleston Posted April 4, 2024 Cashier Food Services, University of Charleston Duties & Responsibilities: * Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately * Prepare products and order stock * Ensure the proper signage when needed * Maintain a level of excellence with a smile, through great service and small-talk with each customer you assist * Maintain clean, neat, and orderly cash register and dining areas * Able to lift/ transport 30lbs occasionally * Perform other duties required as needed Requirements: * Accurately record guest transactions * Cashier experience a plus, but not required * Ability to make correct change and work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent Attendance Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
