Job Type: Full-time, hospital-employed primary care physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Work-Life Balance:Mix of Inpatient/Outpatient care, averaging 12-15 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed Base Salary: $280,000

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

Retention Bonus: $30,000

Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $120,000

Qualifications:

Degree:MD/DO

Certifications:BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Licensure:Active Arizona License or Ability to Obtain One

Sponsorship:Able to Provide J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship
