Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Base Salary: $300,000 - $ 350,00 (Depending on Experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Plus Production Bonus: $45,000 for Weekly Production

Plus Annual Bonus: $10,000

Student Loan Assistance: $125k Per Year!

Paid Time Off: 42 days for PTO, Holidays, & CME

Qualifications

Degree: MD/DO

Licensure: Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one

Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Experience: In-practice and 2026 grads accepted
