OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to join the team at the firm's headquarters in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. In this role, the Title Processor provides a high level of support to the Title Officer.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare documents for real estate closings
Order title searches and prepare title work for lenders
Prepare and issue title insurance policies
Conduct in-person closings
E-Record Deeds and Mortgages
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages
Administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scanning, mailing, and filing
Light travel to local TOA Communities for closings
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and present at all levels, both internally and externally
High level of demonstrated customer service and time management skills
Detail focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years prior office experience
Notary and Title Agent License preferred but not required
