Job Overview:
Our client is digitizing their laboratory operations, transitioning from paper-based systems to a fully paperless process. They are seeking a Quality Control Consultant with strong laboratory experience to lead and guide the integration of laboratory instruments into their existing LIMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the integration of lab instruments into the LIMS system
Set up and perform LIMS integrations, including configuring hardware/software connections
Ensure balances and lab instruments are networked and communicating with LIMS
Collaborate with site and global teams to gather requirements and define new procedures
Provide expert guidance on best practices for paperless lab operations
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience integrating lab instruments with LIMS (any major LIMS platform)
Prior experience setting up LIMS integrations from scratch
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and quality control processes
Ability to document site requirements and develop SOPs or procedures
Nice to Have:
Experience with LIMS master data setup
Background in pharmaceutical or biotech labs
Familiarity with lab software systems beyond LIMS
