Solutions Architect

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, technically fluent Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement. This is not a paper-pushing architect role — you’ll write code, guide implementations, and shape the architecture of mission-critical systems for top-tier clients. You’ll be a strategic advisor, trusted technical partner, and hands-on builder, helping our customers scale their infrastructure, adopt new technologies, and solve complex problems in real time.

What You’ll Do

Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their goals, requirements, and technical landscape

Design scalable, secure, and performant solutions tailored to each customer’s needs

Build prototypes and write code to validate architectural decisions (we mean it — you’ll still code)

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on client feedback

Lead architecture workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and technical deep dives

Serve as the technical voice in sales, onboarding, and solution design conversations

Act as a trusted advisor, from proof-of-concept to production deployment and beyond

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier university.

4–8 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or solutions engineering

Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, JavaScript)

Strong foundation in system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and APIs

Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can talk to developers and executives alike

Proven ability to lead technical conversations and drive alignment in customer-facing settings

Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment is a big plus

Bonus Points

Prior experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows

Open source contributions or public code samples
