NRG USA is hiring for a Sales Business Development Manager. This individual will lead the sales and operations for a relocation company in the Port Charlotte Florida area.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and research potential new business opportunities and market segments.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Sales Management:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to track progress and forecast revenue.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Salary $75,000-$85,000 plus commission
