With offices across Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Georgia, our team brings diverse expertise to every corner of the region. Our services include Transportation and Structural Engineering, Water & Wastewater, Site Development, Construction Engineering Inspection, Planning & Environmental Services, Surveying, Land Acquisition, and Native American Services.

We're growing our Kentucky team and looking for a Senior Project Manager who's ready to lead complex transportation projects, coach emerging talent, and strengthen our client partnerships. If you've led transportation design efforts and want to take your impact to the next level-this is your moment.

What You'll Do:

Own the Project Lifecycle - From proposal to punch list, you'll lead contracts, budgets, and schedules with precision and confidence.

Keep Clients in the Loop - Communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and ensure deliverables exceed expectations.

Lead and Mentor - Share your technical expertise, remove roadblocks, and support the growth of your team.

Make Meetings Matter - Run efficient internal meetings that move projects forward. What You Bring:

A bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET-accredited)

PE license in Kentucky

10+ years of transportation project management experience

Strong MicroStation and applicable software skills

Requirements

What You Bring:

A bachelor's degree in engineering

PE license in Kentucky

10+ years of transportation project management experience

Strong MicroStation and applicable software skills
