As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, sales, direct marketing, and customer service. Our company offers the opportunity to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position.

General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee:

Attend sales account meetings and follow up on customer inquiries to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions

Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach

Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships

Track market and campaign sales performance and reviewing data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis

Assist in hiring, training, and developing of the company's new hires
