Master Scheduler

Summary Member of post-sale operations team performing data analysis and data management to schedule order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities * Analyze and consolidate customer BOMs to for purchase of appropriate materials.

* Collaborate with and manage resources from other functional areas (sales, project management, supply chain) and branches (IND, SFS, TUL, IND, etc.) on material scheduling.

* Perform inventory analysis to assist Project Management and Supply Chain in ensuring material stock is optimized for demand, including TUL, IND, SFS, etc.

* Master multiple data management and planning tools (Steel II, Coupa, Conga, TMS/Navisphere, SIMPL) and the unique details, workarounds, and modifications required to support SOL's specific business requirements.

* Perform as inventory management expert.

Streamline inventory management and controls efficiencies.

Reduce inventory carrying costs and processing time.

* Identify and implement software solutions to receive, track, adjust, and deliver material.

* Manage Coupa indirect purchasing program including vendor onboarding, PO generation, invoice approval, and payment performance.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.

* 5+ years' experience in project and information management.

* Expertise in business process and managing multiple projects and objectives.

* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
