We have a need for a Senior Cloud Engineer& in Nashville or remote, reporting to the Senior Director, Solutions Architect). This is a 12-month contract position working a regular business week.

If in Nashville it will be a hybrid home/office with 3 of 4 rotating scheduled days Monday-Thursday in office and Fri work from home. Occasionally, based on need, could be up to 5 days in office. Nashville is much preferred, but exceptionally well qualified remote candidates will be considered.

Candidate will work in a team size of about 5 within an IT team of about 100. Majority of the team is in Nashville, with other members remote, globally

Required:

5+ years specializing in AWS Cloud Services Operations

3+ years experience with deploying using CICD, Gitlab and CloudFormation

4+ years experience with AWS Serverless Technology

5+ years experience with developing scripts to automate infrastructure fulfillment tasks

3+ years scripting in languages such as Bash and Python

AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional

2+ years experience with DMS

5+ years experience with developing scripts to automate infrastructure fulfillment tasks

Experience with Cloud Networking, Cloud WAN

Strong diagnostic capabilities

Experience working with Application and Development teams.

Strong communication skills, able to communicate solutions and issues to both IT and non-IT

· Self-driven and able to handle projects independently.

· Strong experience with IT Systems administration

· Proven leader who motivates, inspires, and teaches others.

· High level of accountability; willing to take ownership and solve problems
