We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Skokie, Illinois. This role focuses on managing and analyzing data with the highest level of accuracy and integrity, particularly when dealing with sensitive information such as health records and employee data. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data processing and analysis, with experience in tools like Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.

• Identify and resolve data redundancies while adhering to standardized naming conventions.

• Automate data processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and organizational goals.

• Utilize Microsoft Access and Excel for advanced data querying and reporting.

• Maintain data security and confidentiality when working with sensitive information, including health records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data handling across multiple applications.

• Provide actionable insights through effective data visualization and reporting.

• Support data retention and reduction strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL for data analysis and management.
