Role Overview
As a Quality Intelligence Project Manager, you will independently manage projects aligned with Abbott Nutrition Supply Chain's strategic compliance goals. You will interact with Abbott affiliates, manufacturing plants, R&D, and regulatory bodies. Effective communication, change management, and strong interpersonal skills are crucial to achieve objectives. You will ensure project scopes are clearly defined, develop project plans, manage timelines, and provide meaningful stakeholder engagement.
Day in the Life
Manage execution of projects under Quality Intelligence Program Management Office.
Remediate regulatory impacts on quality systems cross-functionally.
Develop and manage project plans to meet deliverables.
Communicate project scope, timelines, and issues to stakeholders.
Enhance efficiency through strategic initiatives and enhancements.
Your Qualifications
5-8 years in a regulated nutritional production environment.
3 years of management experience in complex projects/programs.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Degree in a relevant field.
Preferred: Master's degree and PMP certification.
