Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Power Platform Admin to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY

This role demands a self-motivated professional with strong technical expertise, capable of driving initiatives and ensuring the reliable and efficient performance of Power Platform solutions. This position will lead the maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI report development and dashboard management, as well as Power Platform Canvas app design and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong foundation in data visualization principles and analytics.

Extensive experience managing the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit including performing upgrades and troubleshooting platform-related issues.

Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio, leveraging it for development and automation tasks to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Proficient in building and maintaining Power Platform Canvas apps with a focus on intuitive user interfaces and functional design.

Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Azure Analytics for scalable and data-driven solutions.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Experienced in creating comprehensive process documentation to support clear, consistent, and repeatable workflows.

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with the following:

Practical experience in managing Microsoft 365 and components of the Microsoft Power Platform.

Skilled in diagnosing technical problems, analyzing system logs, and debugging software applications.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the following:

Solid grasp of data visualization best practices and expertise in data modeling using Power BI.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the following:

Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services with a focus on Azure Active Directory.

Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 for Customer Service is highly desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the upgrade and troubleshooting of the Power Platform CoE toolkit.

Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to enhance and streamline development processes.

Develop, create, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to support business intelligence needs.

Lead the development and maintenance of Power Platform Canvas apps to meet organizational requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of Power Platform solutions.

Conduct training sessions and provide support to team members on Power Platform tools and best practices.
