Work Environment:

On-site work at our Broomfield office.

Flexible break and lunch schedules.

24/7 call center with shifts primarily Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and some weekend shifts.

Potential for remote work after 30 days based on performance.

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will support our Back-Up Care team by taking inbound calls from employees of our client companies and placing outbound calls to internal networks to find childcare solutions. Your goal is to ensure employees can continue their workday without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with childcare solutions.

Document phone conversations accurately.

Work closely with team members and other departments.

Utilize CRM systems and dual monitors to manage multiple systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, or call center.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and above-average data entry skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.

Willingness to learn new software systems.

Ability to determine caller needs and obtain necessary information without a scripted process.

Training:

Classroom training for 2 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of nesting training.

Full-time schedule begins after training.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
