Set up and maintain permanent control throughout the line and grade portion of the project.
Apply expertise in using Total Station, Robotic Total Station, and/or Theodolite equipment.
Ensure precision and quality in your work, constantly seeking improvements and monitoring quality levels.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies in drawings prior to execution.
Complete layouts accurately, efficiently, and within the project time line.

The Successful Applicant
Proficient in using Total Station, Robotic Total Station, and/or Theodolite equipment.
Experienced with data surveying software.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong understanding of Coordinate Geometry, Geometric Theory, and Geometric Functions for establishing survey/data/layout points.
5+ years of experience in field engineering, surveying, and layout for large-scale Commercial, Self-Perform General Contractor, or Concrete Contractor projects. What's on Offer
