As part of our ERP Modernization and Business Transformation, we are implementing a best-in-class Oracle ERP solution and seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant – Procurement & Inventory to support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications. About the Role We are in the midst of a major ERP transformation, implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud to modernize our sourcing, procurement, contracting, and supplier management processes. As the Business SME overseeing procurement modernization, We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement & Inventory Consultant to help us design and deliver an integrated, compliant, and future-ready solution. This role will report directly to the ERP Lead – Source to Contract and Procure to Pay, who oversees the strategic transformation of our end-to-end procurement and supplier management capabilities, and will work closely with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, and ESG.
Activities
The Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant is responsible for the following components:
? Lead the configuration and deployment of the following Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules:
? Supplier Qualification Management
? Supplier Portal
? Procurement Contracts
? Sourcing and Self-Service Procurement
? Item and Inventory Management
? Design and implement a standardized contract intake and triage process to improve compliance and speed of execution
? Build ESG and third-party risk considerations into our supplier onboarding and qualification processes
? Support the creation of vendor segmentation, risk scoring, and risk-based approval workflows
? Collaborate with legal and policy stakeholders to align Oracle processes with procurement governance, auditability, and public sector compliance
? Contribute to testing (SIT, UAT), training, and go-live readiness activities
Service Requirements – Qualifications
To fulfill this role, the Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant must have the following qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
? Strong functional knowledge of:
? Supplier onboarding and segmentation
? Contract lifecycle management and intake
? Risk-based sourcing and ESG-related supplier metrics
? Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation with Cloud Procurement & Inventory modules
? Ability to translate business needs into configuration and workflow
? Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Certifications:
? Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (preferred).
Other preferred requirements:
? Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
? Familiarity with Canadian public procurement frameworks
? Integration experience with ESG and third-party risk systems
? Experience working in an ERP environment SAP, Oracle and Workday experience will be considered an asset.
? Experience in large organizations
? Must possess a high degree of creativity, initiative and motivation in developing solutions to problems of a complex nature.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
