Precision Machinist Opportunities in Brighton, Michigan Area!

CNC Mills, Lathes, Turning, and MasterCAM Programming.

1st and 2nd Shifts Available, Start As Soon As Possible.

A Michigan based company with a facility in the Brighton, Michigan area is currently seeking several Precision Machinists: CNC Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Turning, and MasterCAM programming for Full-Time Long-Term opportunities with their growing company. Precision Machinist hourly rates are anticipated to start between $25- $30 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. Qualified Precision Machinists will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

CNC machining experience with any following: Mills, Lathes, Turning, or MasterCAM programming.

Experience with custom and prototype fixture, gauge and tool building.

Proficient in blueprint reading, GD&T and Inspection Tools and Methods.

Use of precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of product for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

Knowledge of cutting tools / grinding wheels, feeds & speeds, strong shop math.

Exceptional attention to detail and product quality.

Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
