Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a s a ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) Analyst to work onsite in downtown Cincinnati 5 days a week. This individual will be a part of our ServiceNow Platform team and working hand in hand with the CMBD team. They will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB Workflows and Integrations. In this role you will target and support IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and functions within ServiceNow Platform. Additional responsibilities to deliver new functionality and enhancements to ServiceNow Discovery, Software and Hardware Asset Management, and Service Mapping. You will receive the opportunity to research and use new technologies as our ServiceNow Platform team implements the latest ServiceNow features.
