Project Manager

Our clients, a cutting-edge technology solutions provider specializing in enterprise cloud transformation, ERP modernization, and human capital management systems is looking for a Program Manager and Project Manager to join their team local to Concord, NC

This role is involved with Oracle ERP and HCM technologies, and offers the chance to lead cross-functional teams in delivering tailored solutions that make a real business impact. With the company experiencing rapid growth and landing major RFPs, you’ll be in a position to help shape delivery processes, influence strategic direction, and grow your career alongside seasoned industry experts across other municipalities and large enterprises across the U.S.

Requirements

5+ years of experience leading full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions as a Project Manager.

Proven experience leading high-level stakeholder meetings, driving initiatives and giving status updates and hitting project deadlines.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor)

Strong experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Microsoft Project, and well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for documentation purposes.

Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adapting delivery based on project needs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management activities for Oracle ERP and HCM projects

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives

Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and communication strategies

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and third-party vendors

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when Agile methodology is applied

Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and best practices

Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
