Electrical Test Engineer - Medical Devices

Our client, a leading Medical Device company, is seeking a junior level Electrical Test Engineer for their growing team. This is an onsite role in Tempe area - please only apply if you are either local to the area or able to relocate on your own. See below for other details!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshooting and repairing test systems and test tooling

Identify root cause and propose design improvements (electronic at component level)

Compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures.

Manage the test system repair with our stakeholder and suppliers

Medical device & electronic manufacturing support experience

Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.

Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.

Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

1-2 years of work experience within Test Engineering
