Citadel Security Solutions, LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Officers for residential patrol posts in Athens, Lawrenceville, and now Atlanta, GA. We’re seeking disciplined and mission-driven professionals who can maintain visibility, enforce community standards, and provide a courteous presence for residents and guests.

You’ll patrol parking areas, amenities, and recreation zones such as pickleball courts and clubhouses. Your strongest tools: your presence, awareness, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol designated areas and report suspicious activity or safety concerns

Enforce community policies and deter unauthorized access

Maintain high visibility and professionalism at all times

Submit detailed Daily Activity Reports (DARs) during your shift

Respond appropriately to incidents or resident inquiries

Use provided equipment: amber lights, signage, and radios

Requirements:

Unarmed Security Officer Certification (24-hour Basic Course – Required)

Minimum age: 21 (Athens, Atlanta, and Lawrenceville)

Must pass background check and drug screening

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

Strong communication and observation skills

Must have reliable transportation

Preferred:

Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or hospitality

Shifts Available:

Athens, GA: 7:00 PM to 5:00 PM Nights & Weekends (Subject to change based on client needs).

Lawrenceville, GA: Varied Weekdays 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Atlanta, GA: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM Night Shifts Available Weekly and Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

$14.00/hour to $16.00/hour (based on experience)
