PMP Demand Planning Consultant

Baer is looking for PMP Demand Planning Consultant for a 6+ month project located in Dallas, TX

Title: PMP Demand Planning Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Dallas, TX

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

Collaborate with Client and third-party vendors to define project scope for Demand Planning initiatives

Develop detailed project charters for all Demand Planning Optimization efforts

Manage the RIDAC log (Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Change Requests) in the ServiceNow platform

Update project plans weekly in ServiceNow for BTO meeting reviews

Coordinate and facilitate design sessions related to project deliverables

Document meeting notes, including key points, action items, and risks, and maintain RIDAC entries accordingly

Facilitate systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Lead recurring project team status calls

Support the creation of status reports for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Steering Committee meetings

Key Deliverables:

Up-to-date Project Plans in ServiceNow and Microsoft Project

Maintained RIDAC Log in ServiceNow

Weekly Status Decks for internal reporting

Monthly ELT/Steering Committee Status Decks

Organized and current document repository

Qualifications:

10+ years of Project Management experience

PMP certification required

Strong understanding of Demand Forecasting and Supply Chain fundamentals

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, and ServiceNow SPM
