This role will be reporting directly to the CFO and has the ability to make a large impact to the organization

This role is located in the Bronx, NY Role Responsibilities- Controller

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems

Maintain internal control for receipt of revenue, costs, program budgets and actual expenditures

Coordinate all audit activity

Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner

Clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process

Oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting

Manage organizational cash flow and analyze GL activity

Prepares adjusting, month-end and year-end closing journal entries

Preferred Qualifications- Controller

BA in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA is a plus)

experience with GAAP standards

experience with ERP systems- MIP is a plus
