Job Description:
The Contract Administrator supports contract coordination and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-bid through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing bid documentation and project agreements
Maintain records and manage contract versions, changes, and renewals
Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure up-to-date contract info
Track timelines and ensure contract compliance across departments
Review and submit documents such as bonds, insurance forms, and updates
Monitor changes and coordinate with accounting on cost-related impacts
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in contract or sales administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, or ERP tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Prior experience with forecasting and budgeting is required
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (or relevant experience)
Additional Details:
Full-time, on-site role
Must be available to train in Houston Monday - Friday for 3 months (all expenses covered)
Moderate exposure to warehouse or construction-type environments may occur
Must be comfortable with sitting or working at a computer for extended periods
