Modern Milkman is transforming the way America shops for groceries—one doorstep at a time. From our roots in the UK to our rapid expansion across the U.S., we’re building a cleaner, smarter grocery model by connecting households to high-quality, farm-fresh products delivered sustainably in returnable packaging.
Since entering the U.S. market, we’ve grown our U.S. business 4.5x and expanded beyond Connecticut into Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York. We’ve recently opened new hubs in Danbury, CT and North Attleboro, MA and completed a strategic acquisition in Ohio, unlocking access to key Midwest markets like Cleveland and Akron.
As a certified B-Corp, we’re not just focused on growth—we’re focused on impact. In 2024, we saved over 100 million plastic bottles and introduced lower-emission e-bike deliveries.
Our mission is bold: to make convenience sustainable. With the U.S. on a rapid growth trajectory, this is a unique opportunity for a talented finance professional to become a founding member of our U.S. HQ team in Boston.
