POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a high-impact Enterprise Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio through managed service provider (MSP) programs. This role is focused on securing net-new business by building strong relationships with both MSP partners and client-side stakeholders. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of MSP environments and knows how to break through procurement barriers with strategy, storytelling, and grit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify target clients using MSPs such as Allegis, TAPFIN, KellyOCG, Monument, etc., and understand their decision-making structure.
Build and nurture relationships with MSP Program Managers, client hiring managers, and procurement teams.
Position ARK Solutions as a high-value partner by highlighting mission, community impact, niche strengths, and proven results.
Pursue supplier vetting through sample resumes, performance showcases, and stakeholder advocacy.
Engage in ongoing networking via events, conferences, and LinkedIn to grow influence and opportunity.
Document all progress, conversations, and next steps in CRM (JobDiva) for visibility and alignment.
Drive entry into new programs and secure requisitions that align with ARK's delivery strengths. REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in staffing sales or business development, preferably with MSP exposure
Track record of selling into enterprise programs through relationship-building and persistence.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional trust.
Comfort navigating long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Strong familiarity with MSP systems, supplier processes, and procurement dynamics. WHY ARK:
