Laptop Refresh Technician

Job Description

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global IT provider seeking Entry level laptop refresh technician for a contract opportunity. If you are eager to learn and get your feet wet in the IT field this is the ideal role for you! Pay is $15.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Unload shipments of equipment

Prepare shipments of equipment to be deployed

Prepare equipment to be installed (I.e., Clean, image, laptop setup and peripherals)

Manage day-to-day requests from end-users to fulfill laptop and peripheral computing needs and IMAC’s as necessary

Replace/install RMA’d components provided by vendors, as needed

Meet customer service and service delivery agreements

Qualifications/Background Profile:

Eagerness and willingness to learn

Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or business training desired

Previous customer-centric experience

Must be able to pass background and drug screen

Excellent communication skills

This job is In-Person.
