Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled VB.NET Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VB.NET development and experience working on complex software projects. As a VB.NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain VB.NET applications for our clients

Collaborate with team members and clients to gather requirements and understand project specifications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development

Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in VB.NET development

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality

Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Continuously improve development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

The associate needs to be US Citizen of the country and needs to work from client site.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in VB.NET development

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles

Proficient in VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server

Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications on time and within budget
