Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Establish follow-up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
Two years + experience as a Service Advisor.
Possesses strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry.

Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
