Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Work Location: Manila or Cebu onsite
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift
Salary: 400,000 max/month
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and change management.
Collaborate with leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for recruitment, development, and succession planning.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and support organizational values.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Extensive HR leadership experience, with at least 8-10 years in a strategic leadership role in the Philippines.
Thorough knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.
