Job Description
Key Requirements:
8+ years of ServiceNow experience primarily as a developer with some architecture exposure.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, PPM, and CSM modules.
Thorough understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, ITIL processes, CSDM and CMDB, IRE rules.
Understanding of GRC attestation process, Notifications, Scheduler etc.
Well-versed in developing workflows, system integration, and automation scripts using REST and SOAP technologies,and customizing ServiceNow applications including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, YAML).
Experience with automation and DevOps practices; familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD), code versioning tools such as Git and utilize Agile principals.
Experience with architecture, writing solutions documents.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Configuration Management (CMDB), Discovery, Project, Reporting, and SLAs.
Develop solutions within ServiceNow, assist with the integration of other applications and tools, system administration, report development and testing of the product and its sub-modules.
Design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.
Identify, create, and execute test cases for ServiceNow and other software platforms including the creation of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework functionality.
Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and configure workflows, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using Agile methodologies.
Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades.
