Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Assisting customers with product inquiries and sales.

Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.

Achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.

Showroom Management:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.

Ensuring proper product display and presentation.

Managing inventory levels and ordering stock as needed.

Implementing and monitoring sales strategies.

Staff Management:

Hiring, training, and evaluating showroom staff.

Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve goals.

Ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Operational Duties:

Managing daily operations of the showroom.

Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Other Duties:

May include tasks such as handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing feedback to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, and/or retail management is highly desirable.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.

Sales: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, staff, and daily operations.
