We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Entry-Level Remote Cabin Rental Specialist to join our vacation rentals team. In this role, you will assist clients in booking scenic cabin getaways, helping them choose the perfect property in mountain, lake, forest, or rural settings. You’ll manage rental logistics, coordinate guest services, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience from inquiry to check-out—all while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in selecting and booking cabin rentals based on destination, group size, amenities, and travel preferences.
Provide property recommendations, availability, pricing, and local travel tips.
Coordinate bookings and guest services such as keyless entry, local attractions, and add-ons (e.g., hot tubs, firewood, guided hikes).
Communicate with property owners, maintenance teams, and housekeeping to ensure readiness and quality.
Prepare rental agreements, confirmation emails, and check-in/check-out instructions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, changes, and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, and service issues using internal tools.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
Strong interest in outdoor travel, rustic luxury, and nature-based experiences.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn property management and booking platforms.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or customer service.
Familiarity with cabin rental destinations (e.g., Smoky Mountains, Lake Tahoe, Adirondacks, Pacific Northwest).
Experience using platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or dedicated rental software.
