About the Role:

We’re looking for driven, people-focused professionals to step into a leadership-track position within our Insurance Benefits division. As a Team Leader, you'll not only serve clients but also help build and develop a growing team of agents. This role is designed for individuals who want more than just a job—they want influence, autonomy, and advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Lead by example through virtual client consultations and policy recommendations

Recruit, onboard, and mentor new agents within your team

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback

Help team members set and reach their goals

Participate in weekly strategy sessions and leadership development meetings

Uphold AO’s mission to serve families with integrity and excellence
