Hardware Design Engineer

Client is seeking a talented and motivated Hardware Design Engineer to join our team in Vernon Hills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixed signal circuitry design, specification of parts, and hardware board focus.

This role requires a hands-on approach to designing and developing innovative hardware solutions that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mixed signal circuitry, including both analog and digital components.

Specify and select appropriate parts and components for hardware designs.

Focus on hardware board design, including layout, testing, and validation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of hardware designs to ensure reliability and performance.

Document design specifications, test plans, and results.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in mixed signal circuitry design.

Strong knowledge of hardware board design and layout.

Proficiency in using design and simulation tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience with high-speed digital design and signal integrity analysis.

Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
