Visual Basic Developer

Visual Basic Developer Austin, TX [Mostly Remote] 3 months Client: State of TX ***One day per month onsite is required Hybrid (1 day a month in office at 5805 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78752, the rest remote). Services are expected to start 05/22/2025 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2025.

Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 693 hours.

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of (application developer) hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualification of 3 emerging and the specifications outlined in this document for Texas Department of Public Safety.

Provide application support include analysis off application functions, data processing, resolving data corrections to insure agency services maintain functions.

Position may edit and correct existing applications and/or develop new solutions to remedy situations that may arise.

Create support documentation where applicable to define new and existing software.
