Location: Columbus, OH preferred

Travel: Approximately 30%Position Overview:

We are seeking a sharp and seasoned Delivery Manager to lead the execution of complex enterprise data initiatives across a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you'll be the strategic driver of delivery success—owning scope, teams, budgets, and client relationships from kickoff through completion.

This role is ideal for someone with strong data program management chops, confident client-facing presence, and a deep understanding of MDM, PIM, cloud data platforms, and data governance frameworks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including consultants, solution architects, and business leaders—to ensure solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned with enterprise strategy.What You'll Do:

Own the Delivery Lifecycle: Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise data transformation programs, ensuring client satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.

Lead Multi-Track Engagements: Manage concurrent teams and projects across domains like MDM, PIM, data governance, data quality, cloud warehousing, and AI-powered analytics.

Stakeholder Management: Drive consistent communication and alignment with executive stakeholders, business sponsors, and technical leads.

Methodology Flexibility: Apply the right project delivery method (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) based on the unique needs of each engagement.

Ensure Quality and Governance: Facilitate steering committees, manage risks/issues, track KPIs, and drive retrospectives and lessons learned.

Collaborate with Experts: Partner with internal consultants, architects, and engagement managers to deliver high-quality solutions with speed and scale.

Support Business Development: Contribute to pre-sales efforts including proposal development, scoping, and client growth strategies.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Help evolve internal delivery frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices.What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline

6+ years of experience delivering data-centric programs in consulting, enterprise IT, or technology services

Proven ability to manage multi-stream, high-visibility programs involving MDM/PIM, cloud platforms, and data governance tools

Deep familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, and governance tools like Collibra or Informatica

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in project management tools and executive-level reporting dashboards

Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teamsPreferred Skills:

Experience delivering solutions using Informatica, Stibo, Riversand, or EnterWorks

Exposure to AI/ML initiatives within enterprise environments

Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, DAMA-DMBOK, CDMP

Previous consulting experience with mid-to-large enterprise clients
