**What You’ll Do**

+ Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes to produce high-precision parts

+ Read and interpret technical blueprints with accuracy

+ Troubleshoot and fine-tune machinery to maintain peak performance

+ Collaborate with a skilled team in a dynamic, hands-on environment

**What You Bring**

+ Proven experience with CNC lathe operation and setup

+ Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills

+ Manual machining know-how and a sharp eye for detail

+ Bonus: Experience with 5-axis CNC machines or in aerospace/automotive settings

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
