1st Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Description

This role involves working in a warehouse environment where you will be responsible for receiving inbound materials or loading outbound shipments. You will operate various equipment such as clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders, with some lifting required up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment including clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turrets, and loaders.

Receive inbound materials and load outbound shipments efficiently.

Perform general labor tasks as needed within the warehouse.

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper packing of materials.

Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and management.Essential Skills

Experience with warehouse forklifts, including sit-down and stand-up models.

Proficiency in using clamps, order pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and loaders.

At least one year of forklift operating experience.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.Work Environment

The work environment is set in a newly constructed warehouse, featuring cutting-edge design elements such as large fans, 'wet fans', and special ventilation systems to provide a comfortable workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rincon, Georgia.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
