Profile: Experience in validation of industrial or semiconductor equipment, handling of technical documentation, and client interaction. Advanced English, availability to travel.

The Validation Engineer contributes to the company’s goal of providing effective, efficient, and compliant automation solutions to our client’s difficult problems. The Validation Engineer will report to the Validation Supervisor and will be responsible to inform the Project Managers on all assigned projects. The position calls for excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates, executes, and documents verification and validation plans, protocols, and reports as part of the product development design process.

Equipment Validation Plans.

Manage all facets of assigned validation projects while maintaining strong communication with client representatives on project status and assistance needed.

Be capable of delivering high-level reporting to the client's directors.

Develop and execute FAT, SAT, and commissioning documentation.

Execute local and customer onsite facilities validations.

Work with the Project Manager and project team to ensure validation tasks are well-defined and completed on time.

Attend and actively participate in project meetings, both internal and client-facing.

To work closely with all departments to ensure the operation of a validated environment according to GMP and other regulatory requirements.

Backup performed validation documents files on the server.

Supports validation activities in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. The Validation engineers will prepare, review, and execute commissioning, qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ), and validation (PV and CV) documents for products, facilities, processes, software, and equipment.

Verify All Information Involved in The Project, Electrical Diagrams, Mechanical Design, Specifications, etc.

Make sure validation records has been completed and stored on the correct location.

Keep updated the workload controls to reflect the real status of the assigned tasks

General Knowledge:

Ability to read electrical & pneumatical schematics, and (P&IDs) A piping and instrumentation diagram.

Basic understanding of PLCs & Vision Systems.

Basic understanding of Mechanical design.

Good understanding and application of (GMP) Good manufacturing practice and regulatory requirements.

Previously managed or supervised a team of experienced engineers in a similar industry.

Ability to meet responsibilities with minimal detailed supervision.

Must be a self-starter, organized, and dedicated, with good record-keeping skills.

Must have good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to develop the scope of work for new projects.

Demonstrates potential for technical proficiency, engineering creativity, collaboration with others, and independent thought.

Ability to handle multiple tasks - projects.

Understanding engineering disciplines, work package management, and work package control.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent experience.

Bilingual: Spanish and English. Level B2
