Janitorial Supervisor - Evening (Supervisor)

Bennett Building Services is looking for a part time supervisor to join our janitorial team! We service commercial buildings in the north Columbus areas. You would be assisting with coverage, training new employees, detail work, and assisting with supply orders.

25-35 hours weekly: Tuesday - Saturday, days can be flexible, after 5pm hours will vary schedule made weekly

Pay: $18.50 hourly

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, a valid drivers license, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks.

Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints promptly

Supervise, train, motivate and develop team members

Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence

Disciplinary action and retraining of employees when necessary

Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met

Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary

Complete work tickets

Send reports to Area Manager

Recommendation of special project work when needed

Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position

Carry out supervisory responsibilities by the company’s policies and applicable laws.

This job reports to the Area Manager

This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
