GEE Group is hiring an experienced Accounting Manager to lead financial operations for a client’s key manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity across all accounting functions — while supporting leadership with the insights they need to drive smart, strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do:
· Oversee general ledger, budgeting, AP, fixed assets, and inventory accounting
· Prepare and present financial statements and variance reports to executive leadership
· Lead annual audits, including internal control and compliance with US GAAP and other software
· Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes with consistency and accuracy
· Support cost analysis, labor strategy, and pricing accuracy across systems
· Mentor accounting staff and improve processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Associate’s with strong experience considered)
· 3–5 years in accounting or finance, with team leadership responsibilities
· Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control best practices
· Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
· Familiarity with Great Plains and C-Core a plus
