What You'll Do as an Operations Coordinator

Support the Operations Manager by coordinating event logistics and tracking tasks across departments

Supervise floor operations and act as the go-to contact for internal requests

Assist with scheduling, equipment training, inventory reporting, and SOP development

Take detailed notes and communicate production changes to ensure smooth event execution

Perform building walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness, safety, and security compliance

Participate in event planning meetings and help troubleshoot any issues that come up

Respond to emergency situations and make real-time decisions to keep everything on track

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks (training provided)

Be a flexible team player—jumping in wherever help is needed during event setups, tear-downs, and day-to-day operationsRequirements:

What We're Looking For

3+ years of operations, event, or venue coordination experience

Strong leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills

Willingness to get certified on equipment like forklifts (we'll train you!)

Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable working a flexible schedule—including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Familiarity with facility systems (AV, HVAC, etc.) and standard event equipment is a plus

Physical Requirements

Able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable climbing ladders, using lifts, and working at heights up to 22 feet

Willing to work indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather

Can handle a busy, loud, and always-changing environment with a positive attitude

Ready to bring your coordination skills to the center of the action?

Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours, long hours, weekends, evenings, overnights, and holidays

Compensation details: 20.2-28.78 Hourly Wage
