The Help Desk Technician provides IT support services for all carwash locations as well as for users on our support team.

Crew's expectations:

Work schedule is generally Mon-Fri but does include a weekend rotation once per month

Provide level 1 telephone/email support for all Crew locations

Configure and troubleshoot point of sale issues

Manage and maintain desktop, server computer systems and other IT assets

Possess initiative and motivation with a get the job done attitude.

Ability to utilize knowledge and experience from previous technical issues and apply it to current and future technical problems.

Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and general Microsoft troubleshooting.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A+ or Network + Certification along with an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology highly preferred.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers, team members, and the general public.

Focused on quality while maintaining a sense of urgency.
