eCommerce Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Rate: $13.00 – $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Advise customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing.
• Process online orders, returns, and exchanges in NetSuite; liaise with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment.
• Manage inquiries and resolve issues on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other third-party channels.
• Qualify and pursue sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth.
• Schedule LTL shipments, coordinate drop-ship orders, and file carrier claims for damaged or lost items.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a strong service orientation.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
• Experience with Intercom, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs when handling samples or coordinating shipments.
• Eager to learn new tools, processes, and take on expanded responsibilities.
